History

W/People- Bred and unbacked. She was kept at a large farm where she did minimal riding with older riders.

W/Horses- Had one best friend and got on well with the rest of the herd.

Quirks- Loves her back and top of he hind legs scratched. She also does a very funny bounce from canter to gallop as well as a squeel of excitement.


Alli was ridden by older riders and her potential did not shine through. She did mostly slow and happy hacking and some trots around the school. After a while her first jumping session began and she was then seen as a perfect jumper after a lot of time and patience. Her life was slow and quiet and she was happy but very bored. Everyone was caring towards her and the food intake became larger by the amount of treats and sneaky little bits of extra feed given to her. Soon the food intake and the lack of real excercise caught up with her and weight started to be gained. Unaware that she was soon to be ill due to this life style the owner's and handlers continued with this life style. 

A open day was opened up when A few of RSRE's top rider's went along to help out. They saw the mare and how tired she was. They reported back to Caroline who then went back up during the next week to talk to the unaware owner. She was shocked and ordered that Caroline was to help. She was slightly snobby and only wanted the best horses that needed little care; Alli was definetly not that kind of horse. So she was sold to Caroline for a low low price of 240.

Now she has lost the weight and her jumping career is getting re-introduced to her! She jumps a metre now and hardly every puts a foot wrong. Her current training and care is on a highly advance jumping course with a diet to match. Her health is better than ever now and the vet has checked her over through out her weight loss and new life style. She is much happier and lives out most year round. Currently she is getting brought back into work again and everyone at the yard is hopeful that she will go far in the career.
